Privacy Notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
Co.Par., as Data Controller, informs users that the personal data provided through this contact form will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and privacy protection set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national legislation on personal data protection.

Through this form, the following personal data may be collected:

- subject of the request
- content of the message sent by the user
- country of origin

- how the user came to know Co.Par.
Users are kindly asked not to include special categories of personal data (such as health data, religious beliefs, political opinions or other sensitive data) unless strictly necessary.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- handling requests submitted through the contact form, including responses to inquiries, quotes, assistance or commercial contacts;
- sending, with the user's prior explicit consent, commercial, promotional and informational communications related to Co.Par.'s services and initiatives, exclusively by e-mail and without sharing data with third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter a), is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject and/or the performance of contractual obligations.
The processing for marketing purposes referred to in point 3, letter b), is based on the free, specific, informed and revocable consent of the data subject.

Data processing is carried out using electronic and telematic tools, with methods suitable to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the security measures required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and in any case no longer than required by legal obligations.
Where consent has been given for marketing purposes, data will be retained until the consent is withdrawn or a deletion request is made by the data subject.

Personal data will not be disseminated or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
